We believe that our planet is beautiful and we would like to keep it that way

There are many ways that we ensure our environmental footprint is as small as a gnats crochet, including buying sustainable energy and implementing eco-friendly systems.

We are most proud of our commitment to minimise food wastage. Currently the UK produces around 30million tonnes of food waste a year. To combat this The People’s Kitchen prepares dishes from food coming up to its sell-by date or unsellable stock that would otherwise go to landfill. All other waste material is composted locally.
